By using BrainKids, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service

BrainKids provides educational mini games, account-based progress, and optional premium access.

3. Accounts

Parents are responsible for information submitted through the app and for maintaining account security.

4. Purchases

Premium plans, trials, subscriptions, and one-time purchases are billed through the relevant app store. Pricing, renewals, cancellations, and billing periods are managed by the store platform.

5. Allowed Use

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with service operations, attempt unauthorized access, or violate applicable laws.

6. Intellectual Property

The app, its branding, design, code, and content are owned by BrainKids or its licensors and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
